DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE INSTANT NUT-BASED BEVERAGES WITH CLEAN LABEL, FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS, AND COFFEE, COCOA, AND FRUIT FLAVORS – NUTriDrinks (ΠΘΕΣΡ03-0236888)
Development of innovative clean-label instant nut-based beverages enriched with functional ingredients derived from flavor-carrying raw materials (coffee, cocoa, and fruits), rich in proteins, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, designed to promote health and meet the needs of modern lifestyles.
Development of at least three different flavored products (coffee latte, chocolate-flavored beverage, and fruit smoothies) for each type of nut (hazelnut, almond, and pistachio). The products will be characterized by high nutritional value, being rich in proteins, dietary fiber, and antioxidants, thereby promoting health and well-being. At the same time, they will meet the demands of modern lifestyles through their ease of transport, storage, and preparation.
